These are her own published prices for a deep or a routine clean. They move with the size of the place and the state it is in — which is why they are a range and not a single number.
Priced separately because each one is a job on its own — ask for them when you book and they go into the quote.
The time we agree is the time we arrive. If something changes you hear it from us first.
If a job is smaller than you thought, the price goes down, not up.
Your home is yours. Nothing is moved that does not need moving, and nothing is thrown out without asking.
If something is missed, we come back and do it. No argument.
The same person cleaning your home each time, so you are not explaining it again every visit.
Post-construction and move-out work, finished and handed over. We do the cleaning, not the building — this is the state we leave it in.

You do not have to be there. Plenty of customers leave a key or a code and come home to it done.

The before and after photos further up are the whole pitch, and they are the reason we take them on every job. Cleaning is one of the few trades where you can show the work rather than describe it — so we show it, including the jobs that started badly.
