About D-Cleaning Services

D-Cleaning Services is Dania Zeron's company, working out of Houston and across the cities around it. Houses, apartments, offices, move-outs and the jobs nobody else wants to quote.

The work speaks better than any description of it, which is why the home page is mostly before-and-after photographs of real rooms in real houses rather than stock images of somebody in a clean apron smiling at a countertop.

What we actually do

Six services: deep cleaning, regular house and apartment cleaning, move in and move out, post-construction, offices and small businesses, and trash removal.

Two more that are worth asking about because people do not expect them: packing help for a move, and recliner and upholstery cleaning. Neither is a full service on its own, but both come up constantly and both are things we do.

How the pricing works

The prices on the home page are real starting figures by size, from a studio up to a three-bedroom. They move with the condition of the place, which is why we would rather see it — or see photos — than guess on the phone and revise it later.

A $30 deposit by Zelle holds a date. It comes off the total; it is there so a booked day stays booked.

Both languages, properly

About half of the people who call are more comfortable in English and about half in Spanish. Both get the same thing: the work explained, the price agreed, and any problem sorted out directly, without anybody having to simplify what they mean or find somebody to translate.

Where we go

Houston and everything around it — Katy, Sugar Land, Pearland and Cypress are all regular territory. If you are not sure whether you are inside that, call and ask. It is a short answer either way.
